Letter from the team
As we begin the 2023 calendar year, the team at Rifles to Rods has been reflecting on 2022 and all it had to bring both professionally and personally. As expected, there were ups and downs.
Our Co-Founder, Ryan and his wife welcomed a beautiful and healthy baby boy, Theo, who will be joining the team in no time.
Our Co-Founder Gerard sadly lost his father, Gregg, unexpectedly over the summer. Gregg could not have been more proud of his son and the amazing non-profit he has worked so hard to establish.
Thank you Gregg’s family and friends for believing in our mission and supporting the vision of Rifles to Rods in his memory.
Even through some big life events, we were able to persevere and get the job done! Looking forward to the 2023 season and what it will bring.
The hard work that went into 2022 season will carry over to 2023 with a few goals in mind,
Introduce a new Customer Relations Software that will allow us to communicate and schedule more freely.
Keep a focus on veteran outreach by partnering with likeminded organizations, which will allow us to reach more veterans.
Partner with local and statewide communities to bring together civilians and veterans to foster an atmosphere that supports pride in our nations veterans.
Explore new fundraising events and create a donor engagement plan.
Raise mission awareness through social media.
